Step 1: Call your case manager

If you don’t know your case manager, call Medicaid at 1-888-971-1637. Have your identifying information ready, such as your Medicaid number, Social Security Number, and date of birth, and ask to be directed to your Case Manager.

Step 2: Request Supplies

Let your case manager know you would like to receive incontinence supplies from Senior Solutions. If you don’t already receive meals from us, you can ask for that, too!

Step 3: Sit back & RELAX!

We’ve got it from there! Once we receive authorization from your Medicaid Case Manager, we will send your requested supplies directly to your door.
